Design & Estimate
You review plans, elevations, interior layouts and a written estimate before we begin. Every material, finish and fixture is itemised so there are no surprises later.

Construction
Foundation, RCC frame, masonry and services with quality checks at each stage. You receive regular photo updates and can inspect the site whenever you wish.

Interiors & Handover
Carpentry, ceilings, lighting and painting by our team, followed by a final walk-through. We hand over a ready-to-use space — and stay reachable for any support after.
Written Scope
A clear scope, schedule and stage-wise payment plan is shared before work begins.
