Design and drawings
You review plans, elevations and interior layouts before we begin.

Approvals
Plans go to the local authority, usually the Greater Chennai Corporation or CMDA, depending on your plot and building size. We prepare and follow up on the documents.

Construction
Foundation, RCC frame, masonry and services, with quality checks at each stage. Structural work follows relevant Indian Standards such as those published by the Bureau of Indian Standards.

Interiors and finishing
Carpentry, ceilings, lighting, painting and furnishing by our own team.
